I am a certified QHHT Practitioner. Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was developed and fine-tuned by the late Dolores Cannon over the years. Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It was developed by Mikao Usui, a Japanese Buddhist monk, who reportedly discovered the healing technique during a spiritual retreat. Usui Reiki focuses on channeling universal life force energy to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. The practice involves laying hands on or above the body to facilitate the flow of energy and promote balance in the body, mind, and spirit. I have been a Reiki master since 2000, and am practicing Usui, but also Seichim Reiki. Seichim Reiki is a variation of traditional Usui Reiki that incorporates additional symbols and techniques. It is believed to have originated in ancient Egypt and was rediscovered and popularized in the late 20th century. Seichim Reiki practitioners use symbols and hand positions similar to Usui Reiki but also incorporate elemental energies such as earth, air, fire, and water into their healing sessions. Seichim Reiki is often described as more expansive and multidimensional compared to Usui Reiki, and it is said to work on a deeper level, addressing emotional, mental, and spiritual issues in addition to physical ailments. Reiki Masters have undergone extensive training and are highly skilled in working with universal life force energy to facilitate healing and spiritual growth.
